Daily Review

See who needs you.

Start one guided review and move from client to client across check-ins, nutrition, recovery, messages, and more—without navigating back to the queue after every action.

The review queue stays with you across the app.

A continuous review journey

Start once. Move through the whole review.

Instead of cycling between a queue and separate client pages, Fitflux carries the active review into each workflow and then opens the next client when the coach is ready.

  1. Start

    Build the review queue once.

Daily Review lines up the clients who need attention and opens the first relevant workflow.

  2. Review

Work in the right part of the app.

The queue rail stays at the top while you review the check-in, nutrition log, recovery view, message, or client record.

  3. Continue

Finish and move to the next client.

Choose Done and next or Follow up later. Fitflux advances the queue and opens the next review.

One client row

See the reason, not just another alert.

A missed check-in, low recovery, an unread message, and a follow-up can all point to the same person. Daily Review keeps those reasons together instead of scattering the decision across separate lists.

Guided across the app

The queue follows you into the work.

When Daily Review opens a client workflow, the queue rail stays at the top of the page. Record an outcome or plan follow-up, then continue to the next review without manually navigating back through the app.

A privacy-safe reconstruction showing the Daily Review queue rail above a fictional client check-in. The rail displays the current client, queue position, and actions to plan follow-up or finish and continue.

Coach control

The queue surfaces the work. The coach decides.

Fitflux can bring the reason and next workflow together, but it does not coach the client on its own. Messages open for review, follow-ups are chosen by the coach, and automation drafts stay inactive until approved.
