Thank you for choosing Fit Flux.
1. Free Trial
If you start a free trial or founder-year platform pricing period on a Starter, Growth, Pro, Studio, or Scale plan, the checkout or offer terms shown at signup control when billing starts and what price applies. You may cancel during an active trial before the trial expires to avoid the first subscription charge.
2. Subscription Cancellations
You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account settings or the Stripe billing portal when available.
- No Partial Refunds: If you cancel your subscription, you will not receive a refund for any fees already paid for your current billing period, including any paid add-ons, usage, or extra active-client seats unless required by law.
- Continued Access: You will continue to have access to the Service through the end of your current billing cycle.
3. Refunds
General Rule: All payments are non-refundable.
- Exceptions: We may consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion (e.g., if you were charged due to a technical error on our end).
- EU Residents: If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you may have a statutory right to withdraw from a digital service contract within 14 days. However, by using the Service immediately, you may waive this right.
