Active clients
Archived clients do not count toward your limit. Leads and prospects count only after coaching access is active.
Growing teams
There is no separate organization fee for team access. Every trainer needs their own Fitflux plan. The organization owner's plan controls shared active-client capacity; member plan capacities are not combined.
What is separate
Platform pricing excludes add-ons, extra active clients, AI meal scanning, SMS, and future pass-through services unless explicitly included in the plan.
